Cowboyshighway BEX Sunglasses Giveaway Official Rules

To enter, use the Cowboyshighway website at http://www.cowboyshighway.com "Cowboyshighway BEX Sunglasses Giveaway" Form on website's main page, submit your favorite layover spot when traveling with horses. It can be a layover area, horse motel, ranch used for this purpose. Cowboyshighway.com LLC employee will choose from VALID submissions. The tenth (10th) valid submission will be the winning submission. If Cowboyshighway.com does not receive enough submissions, the Cowboyshighway BEX Sunglasses Giveaway will be cancelled. We MUST receive at least ten (10) submissions. Participants MUST use ENTER LAYOVER form on website main page to enter. No email entries accepted. If LAYOVER FORM does not work or website goes down, use the email below titled "Giveaway Contact" to explain. Cowboyshighway will do their best to fix form or site problem.

1. No purchase necessary

2. Only one entry per person

3. No duplicate entries, duplicates will be deleted

4. Giveaway is be held solely by Cowboyshighway com LLC, Homedale, Idaho

5. Winner will be notified by EMAIL provided at the time of entry submission

6. Your EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE COLLECTED OR USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAN TO NOTIFY WINNER.  Your privacy is our greatest concern.

7. Winning entry will be allowed to choose their BEX Sunglasses from the inventory on the CowboysHighway BEX sunglasses store and will be sent to winner via US Postal service

8. Entrant's submission will be verified for validity

9. CwboysHighway com LLC reserves the right to share submitted layover areas on their sebsite located at http://www.cowboyshighwaycom and http://www.cowboyshighwayfindcom

10. CowboysHighway com LLC owners, employees, family members may not enter

11. Participants MUST use the www.cowboyshighway.com submission form to enter. No EMAILED submissions will be accepted.  If layover submission form dow not work or website goes down, use the email below "Giveaway Contact Email" to inform CowboysHighway of the problem with form.

12. CowboysHighway BEX Sunglasses Giveaway begins June 24, 2016 and ends July 9, 2016 at 1:00 pm

13. Winning submission will be notified by July 12, 2016 via email they submitted at time of entry.  Winner will be announced on CowboysHighway Facebook page and website

14. All entrants agree to allow CowboysHighway com LLC to use their submitted layover on the CowboysHighway.com website

15. Sumitted layover information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed

16. CowboysHighway com LLC is not responsbile or liable for inaccurate information.  We will do our best to verify all information submitted for accuracy, availability and validity per giveaway rules.

17. Submission can not be duplicated of layovers and/or horse motel, quick stops already on CowboysHighway.com

18. Facebook is in no way associated with the giveaway

19. ALL SUBMITTED LAYOVERS, HORSE MOTELS, RANCH must be cleared for submission by entrants.  You must have the approval of owners of any privately owned layover spot or horse motel/ranch before submitting.
